Rather than locking a post in the wrong section
Shouldn't mods be able to move it to the section the post belongs to?
Locking a post that already have a lot of views and comments despite being in the wrong section kind of kills it :/

I agree, ideally moving threads would be the preferred option. However, due to technological limitations that is not possible at this time.
