Is it considered spam to bump multiple posts concerning the same issue?

6 out of 10 of the most recent posts in report a bug are all the same thing and there has been no mention from Riot on the issue whatsoever since it appeared in 7.11. The recharge timer for relic shield is bugged and Riot even worked on the item between 7.11 and 7.12 for something stupid that doesn't even matter while completely ignoring a gameplay bug. My support ticket has been ignored and there has been no attention to any of the many bug reports on the boards so I'm about to just bump all of them until the issue is noticed.

Bumping bug reports does absolutely no good. They look at the report and mark it down; if you want to help reporting a bug, write a good report that details exactly what's happening and how to reproduce it. If the reports already have all that info then everything that you can do is already done.

And yes, spamming bump comments on different threads with no actual contribution to the discussion is still spam. It's annoying and doesn't help.
