Is it considered spam to bump multiple posts concerning the same issue?

6 out of 10 of the most recent posts in report a bug are all the same thing and there has been no mention from Riot on the issue whatsoever since it appeared in 7.11. The recharge timer for relic shield is bugged and Riot even worked on the item between 7.11 and 7.12 for something stupid that doesn't even matter while completely ignoring a gameplay bug. My support ticket has been ignored and there has been no attention to any of the many bug reports on the boards so I'm about to just bump all of them until the issue is noticed.

Bumping bug reports does absolutely no good. They look at the report and mark it down; if you want to help reporting a bug, write a good report that details exactly what's happening and how to reproduce it. If the reports already have all that info then everything that you can do is already done.

And yes, spamming bump comments on different threads with no actual contribution to the discussion is still spam. It's annoying and doesn't help.

When there is no evidence that the issue is being addressed, it doesn't seem to me that the reports are doing anything. This bug was reported multiple times in 7.11. Relic shield and its upgrades had multiple changes in 7.12 but the bug was not one of them nor was it even mentioned. As for how to reproduce the bug, just build relic shield. It happens every single game and it gets old not knowing if i can execute a cannon or not.

They almost never comment on bug reports. All that serves to do is make people think the bug is top priority and will be fixed by the next patch, but that isn't how it works at all; in addition to actually needing to weight the priority of the bug, they also have to determine the cause and fix it without causing more problems.

It isn't just a case of whether they notice the report or not, they notice them.

It has been the top page in report a bug for 2 weeks straight but there is still no evidence to me that Riot even knows about it. Just go to the report a bug section and see for yourself.
