Where to post balance-related questions?

I've really enjoyed watching Riot balance the game, and have enjoyed all of the insight from Meddler & co. I also have a lot of thoughts about it (typically positive comments and suggestions -- I'm not looking to flame anyone here), but don't know where that type of discussion should be posted. Is there a good spot? An existing community of other theorycrafters?
