Insult them? They seem incompetent. How else can I say that? Its not an insult.
It remains an insult. You could very easily have expressed your criticism in a way that does not drive out discussion. Next time, try something like, "I feel like the pace of change has been too fast this season and the changes have targeted the wrong things". You could have then expanded on what you perceive as the problem and how it could be addressed.
Doing it that way both encourages the devs to post more often and it makes the boards a better place.
You can write your feelings down without insulting an entire group of people. Just because the balance team isn't doing something you personally like doesn't mean they are incompetent.
Do not post content intended to insult, belittle, disrespect, or intentionally offend other community members as individuals or as groups.
