Or at least, like, some way to describe why we're reporting it? Some small text box or something?
I'd imagine it'd help mods at least a little bit, by letting them know what, exactly, we're reporting them for, so they know what to look for.
I think it has been suggested before and then was decided it wouldn't really be worth it. They would still need to review the situation to decide if action is required. I think I recall being told even the report reason wasn't too relevant as it all goes to the same queue.

I could see "inappropriate name" as one that'd help.
