My attempt at the Darius rework, what do you guys think about it?

Darius the Hand of Noxus

Note: some numbers may be too big or too small, this is just an idea, numbers are subject to change.

Passive: Hemorrhage: Darius aims his attacks strategically to cause his enemies to bleed, his skills also apply stacks of hemorrage, max stacks 10. If a champion has a stack of hemorrhage on them, Darius gains 5% bonus movespeed and takes 5% reduced damage from champions. The damage reduction increases to 10% at 5 stacks(max 30% damage reduction and 25% movespeed boost)

Each stack does 8/11/14/17/20/23/26/29/32 magic damage +10% total AD per stack(so at level 1 you would do 80+100% total AD(150ish damage) over 5 seconds with 10 stacks.

Decimate: Darius spins his axe around him dealing 70/105/140/175/210 physical damage(+20% total AD) enemies hit by the blade take 50% more damage and apply 2 stacks, so 70+40% total AD at level 1 Q. Additionally, when Darius reachs 3 stacks, he will do 30% total AD, at 6 stacks he will do 45% total AD, and at 10 stacks, he will do 65% total AD, the bonus total AD for the bleed milestones is being hit by the shaft, not the blade, it will do double what you currently see.

Crippling strike: Darius hits a major artery slowing his enemies by 30% flat and doing 120%/140%/160%/180%/200% total AD. Additionally, if his enemies are at 0 stacks when used, the slow is 20%, when they are at 3 stacks they are slowed by 40%, at 6 stacks by 55%, and at 10 stacks they are slowed by 80%, attack speed is not slowed but to compensate the movement speed slow is increased.

Apprehend: Darius pulls enemies in a 550 range cone in front of him towards him. If he succesfully lands apprehend on an enemy champion, the cooldown is reduced by half and he gains 15% bonus movespeed, this does not count towards his passive.

Passive: He gains 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% Bonus Armor pen(think Yasuo ult) so if they have 100 bonus armor, he ignores 25, if their base armor is 50, he ignores 0 armor.

Noxian Guilliotine: Darius leaps to enemy champions and strikes with such force, he does true damage. 50/75/100 damage +5% Total AD. For every stack on the enemy champion, he does another 100% damage so at level 6 his ult is 50 damage and say his Total AD is 100, at 10 stacks he will do 500+50 true damage to an enemy champion. This does refresh on kill of an enemy champion. He would do the same amount of true damage at 1 stack as 0 stacks. The dash range is same as live.

Some numbers may seem too large or too small but this is the general idea, the more stacks he gains on an enemy, the more damage he will do to said enemy. He will be more rewarded on tankiness and if you let him get more stacks on you, you will be in a world of hurt, he can get a total of 10% damage reduction against 1 enemy so that may be too large of a bonus, but this is the general idea, you let him get stacks you deserve to get dunked.

This is going off what Morello has said in his kiting not being addressed, I gave his apprehend bonus movespeed if it lands for more sticking power.

Please leave any feedback you have below, if there are some things that should be changed feel free to mention it.

Edit: Removed 5% damage reduction from apprehend if it lands.

Wait so for his ultimate, each stack does 100% of his total damage so the 50 + 5% of his AD? So using 100 AD, 5% of 100 AD is 5 AD, at 10 stacks he would do 550 true damage i think. Compared to now at level 6 at 5 stacks his ult would do 470 true damage.

Your ult seems more reasonable on paper, but getting 10 stacks on someone would be way too hard, who is going to stand there and let you apply 10 stacks to them, if they do they are probably going to die from the damage you did to get 10 stacks before you can even ult. Not to mention the bleed would be ridiculous. Normally in a teamfight i can get 2-3 stacks on a few people before i hafta Ult or they get away or someone else kills them. With your setup i would get 3-4 stacks dealing 165-220 true damage. I feel getting more then 5-6 stacks in a teamfight would be quite difficult unless you were incredibly fed and tanky. Even then why would you need 10 stacks? Might as well just kill them with your basics.
