Sivir's 4.10 Changes
So, Riot said that they're looking into
for the 4.10 or 4.11 patch looking to see how to improve Sivir's TEAMFIGHT without affecting her farming. I have a few Ideas which may not be perfectly balanced but easily balanceable.
Ricochet, Ricochet is Sivir's characteristic ability, but it doesn't really provide that much BANG. Now I have 2 possible changes to it that would buff Sivir's teamfight without buffing her farming that much.

Every time Sivir hit's an enemy champion, Ricochet's cooldown is decreased by a small amount. This means more ricochet's in teamfights as her Q and W bounces hit lots of champions, this gives Sivir more AoE teamfight ability without changing how she farms.

Every 4 hit's on champions while Ricochet is active grants another charge to richochet, This means that every time Sivir hits 4 champs with ricochet, she can get one more ricocheting attack. So theoretically, in a full 5v5 teamfight, Sivir could have nearly infinite ricochets until the teamfight is over.

Ricochet's extra bounces deal 60/70/80/90/100% of the original attack's damage to enemy champions. This means that Her farming stays the same, but her Teamfight is buffed by increasing the damage her Ricochet does in teamfights.
Now, that's only Ricochet. I feel that Sivir's E and R could also use a small amount of love.
Sivir's E: Spell shield, I think could also use a small cooldown reduction when it successfully blocks a spell, this would help Sivir stay alive in fights, and helps reward Sivir's for using spell shields properly.
Sivir's R: PASSIVE: Changing the scaling of Sivir's Ult's Passive component from 40/60/80% attack speed to 40/70/100% attack speed would help out sivir's Late game, and combined with the Ricochet changes, would grant a LOT of AoE teamfight damage.
Now, I think looking at all the possibilities would help out sivir's teamfight immensly and would help bring her up to a very strong teamfight based carry.
