Quinn is pretty strong in lane and pretty strong in small skirmishes but her teamfight is too weak for even the advantages she has in other areas of the game, I propose that you add a range increase passive to her w, 10 per level. So by level 3 or 4 she will have 535 range still less than 550 standard for laning phase, but by level 13 she will have a choice between more burst damage for small fights OR having 575 range and actually being able to teamfight since her ult is basically only used in teamfights if she decides to kill herself.

Also just a personal opinion I think that her e should dodge like Fizz's but to compensate for the strength this would add her blind duration on her q should be reduced. I just hate that sometimes I have to e a bruiser to create distance and while I am doing that I am targeted with a nuke that I wasn't previously in range for which punishes me with death when I am trying to use my escape.

Instead of adding range onto her W, I think it should go onto her E (Vault). It would extend her Vault range in addition to her AA range. That part sounds good. Everything else you proposed would break her kit. Also, they need to improve her basic AA animation, because it's actually terrible to look at.

If Quinns E make her untargetable there's no need for a blind. Her Q might as well have armour reduction, or a means of marking her passive, or proc on hit effects... Or just be a pass through poke.

Fizz's e slows after landing, however Quinn remains untargetable while interrupting and slowing, and giving her additional means of damage mitigation would be kinda overkill.
