Not exactly sure what jinx would be wearing, but I do have an idea for the abilities.

Pow-Pow Basic attacks: Shoots out licorice in threes. Fishbones Basic attacks: Shoots gummy fish at enemies, splattering when it hits.

Zap! looks like a ball of chocolate, which then sticks on the opponent for the slow. Flame chompers! Is replaced with jell-o. When you step in it, it traps the victim's feat, then pops when it's done snaring/going to dissapear.

Super Mega Death Rocket! shoots a giant gummy bear, ready to hug her ulted victim to death.

You could just have her look like Lolly from Candy Land. For some reason that makes me want one for Janna too...

Nah. The color scheme would likely be too close to her current Mafia/Flapper skin. When artists design a new skin, it's going to be thematically different from anything they currently have. Obviously some of the older skins are an exception to this rule, but in recent months all new skins have had some kind of theme that set them apart.
