Nerfs on evelynn? wth is that?

Why evelynn getting nerfed? i dont get eve already go some serious nerfs why riot keep nerfing her? right now eve is way to hard to catch up if you fail behind and now riot make it even harder to do something early game by nerfing her Base damage and her early AP ratio and her early AD ratio? this is soooooo wrong..Evelynn is all about the early game if eve dosent have a good early game she is useless she is out of the picture because now she dosent have the items to build nothing so she is free food for the enemy team plus she deal no damage! Riot really need to stop nerfing eve and that nerfs on PBE need to go away! We already have 2-3 junglers who dominate the game (Lee/Vi/Elise) WHy the hell you nerf eve and not them?

They are giving her a little late game scaling power to compensate. And I think you got it a little wrong. The list goes:

Eve has been stupid for a long time, but she slides just a little under the radar due to all the Lee Sin hate and the fact that everyone already knows for a fact that Elise is queen of the jungle. Nerf those two, and Eve is the obvious choice for the new big cheese. All four of these junglers need to be hit in 4.13.

They giving her Better AP ratio on her Q..This mean nothing because eve is all about the early game and that why you have 26AP runes in order to have that good early game and riot destroy that right now..because right now not only they nerf the base damage but the AP RATIO TOO (In early lvls) So that mean eve will deal negative damage early game...And they do the same with AD ratio too So that mean before you hit lvl 9 you will deal no damage..and even after that because even dosent build to much AD items or AP you will still lost damage Way to go riot way to go...

And lee sin right now destroy eve

Elise destroy eve

Vi destroy eve

Pantheon destroy eve

Wukong destroy eve

Shaco destroy eve

Eve is way to squishi special early game and she need items in order to be something in team fights and now riot taking away all her early power for some .20% AD ratio and 0.10%AP ratio at lvl 9...what ever eve is dead after that patch

Because right now the base damage is 40 and have 45%AP ratio AND 50% ad ratio so you the full damage you deal with the right runes is like 50-60 damage after the nerf she will deal 30-40 damage..

What an amazing skill huh? When lee/elise/vi deal 100 plus damage with their Q

They buffed the AD ratio on Q, lowered the mana cost which is significant at level 1, and she breaks even at 300 AP, doing more damage with Hate Spike if you build more AP than that.

It's an early game nerf, and an alright mid-late game buff.

Can you actually read the changes carefully?

Who build 300 AP on eve? Everyone right now build Sotel/Hex/Boots/Randuims and then you go for what you need if you need damage you go for A btrk or if you want defense you go for BV or Thornmail etc and if they dont have AP you replace hex with btrk BUT NOBODY build AP any more on eve OR AD ITEMS so the buffs on the later lvl ratios mean nothing

So you're telling me two things.

An assassin who builds some AD just got better AD scaling to make up for some of the damage she lost from bases.
An assassin who's building tanky/on-hit now has more incentive to build raw damage, but to compensate, deals less damage when building tanky.

Why is this a problem again?

Eve is an assasin? after the 10000 nerfs she got in every single of her abilities? and that when she have 1 AP skill 1 AD skill and 1 AP skill that need 100 and plus AP in order to get +1% damage? yeah what an assasin...Do you even play that game?

By the logic that three damage skills does not make an assassin, these aren't assassins:

Akali Nocturne Talon Zed Rengar

On a more serious note, Q gives constant dps and has great scaling, even better scaling now if you build full damage, E's got great scaling, and R cleaves a large chunk of health at the start of a fight. Three of her abilities also function off a single damage stat, AP, while two function off AD and one gives bonus AS for a short duration.

What about her doesn't make her an assassin, outside of the fact that some people build Randuin's on her?

Akali have Q-E-3XR Single target damage

Noc is not an assasin..

Talon have burst damage something that eve dosent have (All talon abilities scale with AD so he can build PURE AD and destroy)

Zed same with talon

Rengar Same with talon and Zed

Where do you see eve building Pure AP and destroy after the nerfs on her E?

Where do you see eve building pure AD and destroy after the nerfs on the AD Eve?

This is what make an assasin

Eve dosent have any assasination skill All her abilities dosent have burst damage all her damage is small and she need to stick to the target for a long time in order to do damage and that why people building her tank now

And now riot make it even harder to do anything early game

Lee sin can deal over 250-300 damage with his lvl 1 Q while the new eve would deal 20-30 damage

Yeah so EVE SO OP HUH?
