Why evelynn getting nerfed? i dont get eve already go some serious nerfs why riot keep nerfing her? right now eve is way to hard to catch up if you fail behind and now riot make it even harder to do something early game by nerfing her Base damage and her early AP ratio and her early AD ratio? this is soooooo wrong..Evelynn is all about the early game if eve dosent have a good early game she is useless she is out of the picture because now she dosent have the items to build nothing so she is free food for the enemy team plus she deal no damage! Riot really need to stop nerfing eve and that nerfs on PBE need to go away! We already have 2-3 junglers who dominate the game (Lee/Vi/Elise) WHy the hell you nerf eve and not them?

They are giving her a little late game scaling power to compensate. And I think you got it a little wrong. The list goes:

  1. LeeSin
  2. Elise
  3. Evelynn
  4. Vi

Eve has been stupid for a long time, but she slides just a little under the radar due to all the Lee Sin hate and the fact that everyone already knows for a fact that Elise is queen of the jungle. Nerf those two, and Eve is the obvious choice for the new big cheese. All four of these junglers need to be hit in 4.13.

They buffed the AD ratio on Q, lowered the mana cost which is significant at level 1, and she breaks even at 300 AP, doing more damage with Hate Spike if you build more AP than that.

It's an early game nerf, and an alright mid-late game buff.

Can you actually read the changes carefully?
