Spooky Gangplank - Visual Upgrade discussion

I personally think this skin needs some love, cause the current state of the in-game model is seriously dreadful. I don't know if a GP VU is in Riot's plans any time soon, but I think this should be addressed.

For one: his Q shoots a real bullet, just like his clasical skin, this makes absolutely no sense, it should shoot a spectral bullet. In his W he eats actual oranges... spectres don't eat food... I don't have an idea for this, but I'm sure it could be better. And his ultimate should make spectral bombs fall from the sky (maybe even add ghost effects), just like the Q.

Not to mention the overall model is really dumb, it's just him painted blue with a fog aura around him, this could be worked to make something better. (While we're at it, Spectral Fiddlesticks is in the same state.)

In my opnion, considering the current state of this skin, it's one of the most wasted potentials out there. Because the concept of dead ghost pirate is great and it fits him perfectly. In my opinion it's his best skin and the splash art is also amazing.
