@Riot potential refunds for future reworked champs

Now I know how you guys have made a decision on making refunds no longer possible for reworked champs either visually or gameplay wise. This is reasonable because many people just asked for refunds because they stopped using that champion and wanted their rp/ip back to buy something else they currently want.

Now I was wondering, if a future rework on a champion is coming but isn't very soon(Darius, Gangplank, Feedora, etc.) could players who actively use the champion/have a very decent amount of games on said champ have a form of insurance to refund the champion?

I know Darius is getting reworked and so do a lot of players and some very anxious Darius mains/fans and don't want him to be "ruined"(see Skarner for this). Now I know his is a gameplay rework for sure but visual isn't positive, could those who actively use Darius/have a fairly decent amount of games with said champion in their LoL career(50-100 maybe?) get a form of insurance so to speak on if his/her champion gets reworked for worse they could get a refund?

I do use Darius more than most of my other champions, he was my first 6300 champ(I made a different account when I first started LoL then made this because I suck) and don't want him to be ruined/worse in the chance the rework fails.

Again see the Skarner rework for more on why I'm asking for this form of insurance.

No, and they shouldn't. Balance changes, kit reworks, and visual updates are all part of a live balance game. You get three refunds, which isn't particularly much, but you shouldn't need refunds unless you frivolously spend your RP to begin with. There is absolutely no reason why people should get a free refund just because they don't like something. Keep in mind, just because you don't like a rework doesn't mean it was bad. There are people who like the direction of the Skarner rework and even if you don't like the direction of the Darius rework, it doesn't mean that everyone else won't either.
