Hello everyone, Leroy here. I was wondering today...has Riot ever made a champion that was fan-made? I assumed not, but I remember that several costumes were voted by the community and made part of the game. Has this ever happened with Champions though?

My best answer is Braum. Supposedly a fan suggested a champion like him.
Lee Sin was brought back to fan demand. Elise had parts of a previously hinted at champ added to her. But those were never fan designed. Sure GD wanted a hentai tentacle rape friendly champ, but they never really designed vekkers. They probably asked for a samurai themed champ, but never really designed yasuo.
I'd love to see a great designer search or a you make the champ from riot, but I doubt it'll happen.
I think Naugt is player made champ. I could be wrong, but i know one player made some visual champ concepts and riot put them two of them in. THey only used his visual concepts and made their own kits.
Of course, Aatrox was clearly a fan-made-championish!
