This patch brought hella bugs

Hi all,

This is mainly for a Rioter to see but if you guys wanna read go ahead. Feel free to add more bugs you've found.

So Ive played only 2 games today (on the new patch) but I have already found 3 annoying bugs that 100% weren't in the game before.

1. I can't see my own pings, whether it be the "hold down G key and use the mouse to ping missing, assistance etc." one of clicking summoner spells when holding tab. My teammates said they could still see my pings but its just a really annoying part of the game and I really want this fixed.

2. Randomly on the map are areas that don't seem to be covered by the Fog of War, but in fact they are. Basically, one spot for the entirety of the game is bright like it isn't covered up by fog of war, but there is nothing there that would give my team vision. Whether or not I was the only one seeing this or my entire team could, I dont know. Still annoying and I would like a fix.

3. Lastly, I dont know why this is a thing but now when you type /mute all in the chat is also mutes pings and emotes, or at least on the scoreboard it says it does. It basically does more than the /fullmute all function. I normally always mute people when the game starts to prevent tilt but having to individually click every box for every champ is really annoying. And before you say "Dont be lazy just hit the boxes," I totally can do that, yes, but why change something that did this for me from the last patch when there was no need for the change?
