Viktor R disappear instantly if Viktor dies + a CDR bug

If Viktor cast his ult, and then dies while the ult is still active the ult will end instantly

First Image is me showing my Ult CD so it's clear I'm not wasting your time but I had 45% CDR when I ulted, but when I died it got reduced to 26% CDR for some reason, my runes were 20% CD@Level 18 + 5% from masteries, so I found another (ARAM only maybe?) bug. Just look at the game time, I'm not wasting your time.

Second image is me ulting just when I'm about to die, ult appears as usual.

Third is me dying, ult disappear while still giving me vision for a small amount of time, and going on CD. (using 26% CDR as a base, not 45% CDR)

Fourth is just there to show that ult does not grant vision for his full duration ( 6.5 seconds)

The Viktor's ult bug needs to be hotfixed, it still function as a zone tool if Viktor's die, the CDR bug might be a global issue and not only for Viktor.

#PS. The Viktor's ult bug happens also on SR, I didn't test for the CDR bug on SR.
