Relic Shield does not work reliably with Gnar

I was playing Gnar support with some friends in normals, and several times when I killed minions, Relic Shield would not share the gold or give the health it was supposed to. It did work sometimes however, and it didn't happen as much once I got Targon's Brace. I don't know if this bug extends to other ranged champions or if it is only on Gnar.

And before anyone asks, I know it's not supposed to execute the minions when Gnar is in ranged Mini form, and I am not talking about when I messed up getting the CS. I made sure I personally got the gold, had an ally champion near me, and had charges on Relic Shield.

This is not really a high priority bug because Gnar is rarely played support, but feedback on it would be great :)
