[gameplay] Talon's R - shad assault should retun even if statis/dead as W fixed

how about R ? is basically same thing but aoe AND THE ULTIMATE ABILITY W may return now if statis or dies ,but shadow assault ? dissipating ult for no dmg when dying

not fun dying when R is out and when dead ,ult simply disapears ,not retuning to him

plz.. if u fix one thing fix 100% ,both spells not 50% and after another 200 patches maybe fix R which suffers of same bug as W did for 300 patches
