Undocumented change to Brand's ultimate?

A while ago I made a post about how Brand's ultimate really isn't that bad if you just use it right. But... I noticed something.

I've been playing Brand for a long time. I would ignite a target and ult that target. The Ult sure would prioritize champs on the next bounce... but if that champion wasn't on fire, it would go back to randomly hitting minions. NOW: When you hit a target on fire, chances are it will actually prioritize champions for the rest of it's bounces. Now, I'm not entirely sure. Sometimes it goes into minions, sometimes it goes for champions. I've just noticed a lot more that it's been going for champions. This isn't a bad thing and, if anything, takes a little rng out of the ultimate...

Not sure what's up. Just suspicious.
