I better get some answers from a red, this is making me absolutely livid. I dodged out of a match during my placements.

Left upper corner, click on the name of the mastery page you want and you can change it. I've faced this lag too and I was like "Rito wtf are you doing now."

Turns out it's just the display, if you have proper page you'll go into game with that page. You just gotta make the additional click -> select proper page -> edit if you wanna adjust things.
