@Riot 2 bugs on Karthus in particular I feel REALLY need to be fixed.

The first is more annoying than anything, but when you go into passive, your W no longer gives vision at the poles of it as if you were alive. The 2nd bug however is a bit more gamebreaking imo. I've seen reports on Reddit and the like where When Karthus is Jungle (or if he has smite, not going into the whole nunu thing lol) during the late game, the entire game seems to crash (similar to a Drophack Scenario) and the entire game disappears from the history. I don't know if it's also connected to a similar situation regarding Taliyah JG in that LCS match against Fox and Clutch, but I feel like it's something that really should be checked out. I've had this happen a few times myself so I know with Karthus it's a thing.
