Very annoying bug with Sejuani E and Scuttle Crab

It seems to be random, but every now and then when you go to use E on scuttle crab it will just fizzle out completely. It's only on scuttle crab and it's shown no real consistent pattern for when it happens.

It seems to be when it is used and it dashes, it is mildly annoying most of the time. When I'm trying to contest scuttle and that happens i feel a tad gimped, like i missed a point and click skill shot. At least it doesn't waste the proc and put the proc on cool-down item 3070 .
