His ward placement quote is global regardless of whether or not you see him place the ward, or even if he is visible when he starts the quote (although you can only hear it from when he becomes visible). This conveys tactical information you don't get playing versus any other champion, that I've encountered yet, and if it is intentional - you need to add something equivalent to other champions without these hugely insightful lines.
