"Failed to Create Dump File" Crashing at Champ Select

This dam error sucks, because it only happens at champ select, causes client to crash, then counts as a dodge to the unfortunate victim of this client error

now i know that sometimes these errors are caused by system issues that are not necessarily Riot's fault nor responsibility, however some help or advice on fixing this issue or letting the Devs know about it so they can hotfix it would be amazing....

I've generated at least 20 dodges over the past month just from this error alone, and it sucks being treated like an afker and getting que blocked because of a client error that causes crashing at champ select.
