Client crashed in Aram champ select

My client has been trash ever since the last patch and I've repaired it countless times only for it to start crashing a few days later. But anyways, I've only had 1 other game as a normal where the client crashed again and the game was remade before I got back

So why do I come back to a 15 minute wait time for 1 "dodge"? what the actual fck Riot
