FPS drops
Processor and RAM both under no stress, was getting 80fps before patch, in teamfights i drop to 20 now for some reason

Can confirm, I had no problems with fps in teamfights before, eventhough my PC is kinda bad (30-50 fps) after the 5.16 patch my fps are down to 6 in teamfight. Might be cuz of the new effects on Morde and/or Skarner but I'm not sure.
If either of you use nVidia graphics cards. There has been several updates lately that have changed the 'optimized' settings for many games, including this one. Check your graphics options to see if they are where they should be, or perhaps lower them.
It is because of arcade animation on your client...but I dont know how to remove the animation.
