[Gameplay} Fiora's Q is bugged

Has a random chance to permanently immobilize/supress you and disable summoner spells. After death you can now use spells and move around as usual but summoners only available after using Q again. Sorry i didn't get the start or end of the bug,i was surprised more concerned of playing her.
