game-breaking glitch with immovable camera and i need to double click

I was in a ranked match wut the fuck is wrong plz halp. i couldn't move my camera. i had to double click to buy items, ping, use targeted abilities, etc. i even tried leaving and rejoining but that would crash the game before it opened. i tried closing the pacthcher and that also glitched then it started working. by the time i got it to work, i couldn't rejoin since it ended
