[Champ Select] Unable to use chat during Champ Select

2 games after the patch so far, team chat during champ select seem to not be working. The first game my entire team cant send or see anything in chat, the second game i can see my team but i cant send anything.

I'm having the same problem, I can see my team chat but can not send messages. This is verified by sending a message in champ select, then asking my friend who is in champ select with me to see if he got it, and him saying he never saw a message.
