(Client) Can't open LoL in-game store on Windows

All I'm getting is a black screen. I even tried logging on using my brother's computer and it still won't open the store.

I can play the game, look at the landing page, check my stats and profile, but I just can't open the store.

Why is this happening? :C I even tried to adjust my internet explorer stuff too

Same thing is happening to me, for the past couple days. It's kinda hard to get the MSI summoner icon, or limited time world champion skins when the store isn't available in my client.

Oddly enough yesterday if I waited a minute it would load, but today no luck.

Please address this issue Riot, as it is clearly more widespread than just affecting me.
