draft lagging

this hasn't happened once now but twice, when i qued up a few minutes ago everything was going fine up until the first counter reached 0, then it just stop and wouldn't bring me to the ban page, the chat room wasn't lagging so i'm pretty sure there wasn't a problem on my end and i rarely ever experience lag in game.
