Lower Frames since new HUD

I used to get a constant 55 to 60 Frames per Second on lowest settings, but now I'm lucky if I got 50. What happened? Is the new HUD causing that? Nothing's changed about my computer

It's especially bad on butcher's Bridge, and if Miss Fortune uses her E, or her Ult, or both at the same time, my frames plumet
