Jhin Traps Do Not Countdown The Timer - Twisted Treeline
If you place Jhin traps on the inhibitors on Twisted Treeline, they will stay at full time health, however, they will die after the triggered time. Just a small visual bug.

Ya, this is happening with Teemo shrooms as well and some Rioters were looking into it last night. I'll pass this on and let them know it's not just the shrooms! (the timer bar doesn't go down regardless of where you place it, but the cooldown icon shows correctly)
