Fiora parry bug with Lulu polymorph

Title. If Fiora parries Lulu's polymorph, parry doesn't consider it hard cc and will only slow Lulu - never activate the stun. I've encountered this bug in my last game on at least 3 separate occasions. Likewise there's another bug with polymorph, where if Fiora Q's while getting transformed into a squirrel, muffin, or whatever, she'll still dash and hit an enemy vital. While funny I don't think this interaction is meant to happen. Some Rioter clarification for both of these would be welcome.
