Low priority queue is bugged
It's supposed to be 10 minutes but randomly gets 5 minutes added to it when it ticks down to 5 minutes, and now my queue froze at 15:33 and won't let me queue for a game.

I had the same issue only mined bugged out at 30:32 of all times, This issue needs to be addressed. That is an insane amount of time I have to spend like this, i served the consequences. Also this isn't the only client issue I've been having since the new patch either, I am experiencing in game ping spikes almost all of my games now.
Happens to me aswell! Just adds +5min by itself for no reason! :( RIOT needs to fix this bug!
