Private messages no longer auto scroll

If I receive an incoming message from a friend, it appears below the bottom of the window, and I have to scroll down to see it.

Super annoying.

They changed key fragments to be a reward for honor. The fact that you're not getting any tells me you're probably a toxic player.

Also, wtf does this have to do with this topic?
