Aphelios turret doesn't get turret aggro

So i think this is unintended behaviour, at least it feels that way in game. Unlike heimer turrets and similar aphelios turrets don't get turret aggro, not even when attacking champions, this is super awkward in practice, and the last thing he needs in his super overloaded kit.
