Runic Echo procs on icebourne autos?

I was playing , and i missed my spear but I had and autoed a and proced off the auto and killed him. IDK if it is a bug but I don't think it should happen.

Shouldn't, which is the reason why the interaction with Runeglaive was removed... This new iteration of the Echo passive might be bugged again.
