hello, I am first pick in this game i'm about to play, and I wanted to ban lucian. so, I search for him with the filter, and he didn't appear on the list. fair enough, i think that means that they don't have him, so I go on and ban other people. come second pick for their team, however, and someone picked lucian

what? is lucian now immune to bans???????????
