[Bug?] Tower resistances not increasing properly
One of the recent changes to towers changed how they obtained their resistances.
However, I've noticed that when pushing towers, their resistances will often flicker between 0 and the amount they've obtained. This is usually in brief spurts of about .5 seconds. This means slower attackers can actually do more damage to a tower because they're always doing max damage.
I feel like this is a bug, and the Tower's resistances are supposed to slowly increase over time, but instead they flicker between 0 and partial resistances.
