[BUG][Client] Mousewheel scrolling friends list and match history report at the same time

Summary: While reviewing a match in the match history and having the friend's list open at the same time, using the mousewheel to scroll down the friend's list will also scroll down the match history report simultaneously, despite the mouse being over the friend's list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to your summoner profile and select Match History.
2. Click on a match in your Match History to bring up the details.
3. Open your friend's list.
4. Use the Mousewheel to scroll down through the friend's list.

The Match History will also scroll even the mouse context is on the friend's list.

To solve: Must provide context for the mouse scroll feature such that it will not scroll the mouse of the context of the mouse pointer is not over the match history report.
