Riven bugs

I just finished a game and there were two obvious bugs. The first was dying to an ability that didn't even hit me. We had traded and I went back under tower to heal up and I just died while she was farming minions. No ignite, and she hadn't used an ability on me for at least 5 seconds.

The second was I chased her and she went into a bush. She stunned me, and then started her combo. I couldn't target her the entire fight since she was still standing in the bush the whole time and never became targetable even though she was attacking. I basically died for free since all I had to do was hit her one time to kill her. Please fix.
