Da Rocks Ain't Rocking!

This is actually an unfair exploit in the game, but bottom lane blue side can kill the rocks and then get in lane and not miss anything. Honestly the small camps should be increased to 2:05 first spawns like they were in season 4 to not allow for unfair bottom lanes. There was a reason to why the small camps were 2:05 spawn times, sure it is a cool idea allowing junglers to start at any camp, but for the competitive integrity of the game this needs to be addressed before the season starts and players exploit this function.
