this patch is the buggiest I've ever seen it.

so a list of things I notice from minor to major. -ally colors in chat are red some games for no reason -if an ally takes damage off screen and you pan to them it looks like they took the damage all at once, same if they take it on screen and you click on them to bring up their info -ping will randomly spike while remaining stable in the ping indicator and everyone will teleport forward and backward for a moment even though I know I have good connection -lulu's kit is entirely broken and bugged in multiple ways. so I was in a jungle fight and I was about to delete the enemy mid with pix at low health and guess what, it shielded them instead. they won that fight because I turned it around. and nobody on their team had a shield, and furthermore pix flew to her so I know I hit her. second polymorph is just trashed. I had a tristana last game that could reliably tower dive and a few irelias games before because the polymorph literally did nothing but maybe turn them into bunnies. they kept hitting my allies and spamming skills and in tristana's case jumping OUT of tower range while in bunny form after being in there for several seconds!

there's probably more and I'm not particularly good at spotting bugs, but this is so common and so noticeable and happens so often the game just looks like a mess.
