Cs counter bug

Sometimes, as I press "tab" to check on my opponent's stats, a champion's cs counter will show a very low number, say 2 or 3, when in reality they have much more than that. However, the moment that the champion in question gets revealed again, the counter will re-arrange itself.

It doesn't happen very often but I can confirm that I've seen it at least a dozen times over the course of a few months, and I've only really noticed it happening to junglers. I figured that maybe the value gets switched from a total cs counter to something like a 'neutral minion cs' counter, but I really don't know

When you press TAB it shows you all of your allies' stats as well as the stats of the enemy at the last time they were revealed. In the same way that you don't know what items your enemy laner has bought until they show up in lane, you don't know how much neutral cs the enemy has gotten if they haven't been revealed in a while. It's not a bug, it's a mechanic.
