Wrong side of game from Champ Select?

I keep seeing this problem in SR games (I play mostly ranked, if that helps) where the pick order reflects the side that you're on in client, but when the game loads the teams have swapped sides.

I would be tempted to think that it's my client that's acting weird, but the pick order reveals that everyone in my game should be seeing the same thing. As in, last pick should be red side. Again, shows fine in client, but then the last pick team will get blue side in game.

This is happening almost every game for me, as far as I can tell. It's very frequent.
