Talon or melee champions using Relic shield + Kalista doesn't work
not sure if it has to do with her debuff
but sometimes it works on ranged creeps but NOT melee / turret minions

When Kalista hits an enemy, if her soul bound ally hits it within 1.5 seconds it does damage based on health. If it dies with this proc it counts as Kalista killing it. So she hits a minion, then you kill it, she gets the kill.
