CDR doesn't really work on Karthus's ult

D2Vincent··2 votes·326 views

I was playing a game of Hexakill and I got some CDR items to help (Morello, Boots, etc) and I noticed that it didn't even change the time on his Ult. Is this a bug, or did riot simply impose this? Can other people confirm this please?
