Always disconnected from Post-Game Lobby [Client]

Recently, I am always disconnected from post-game lobby. After I finish a game, I click continue, and then it always says ...Waiting for stats and "reconnect to chat" "you have been disconnected from chat".

This issue has been happening consistently and repeatedly for the past few days (confirmed- I haven't seen post-game lobby for the past few days), or longer (possibly a week? a month? not sure) . I rarely ever see my post-game lobby- I feel like the last time I saw it could have been last week or a week ago, once or twice. (I play almost every day.) It feels like it hasn't consistently connected to post game lobby in a long time.

It wouldn't bother me so much, except that there is no way to check my grade in match history, so I just played a really good game and I can't see what score I got. :( Or if I got any key fragments or chests, or will I get that cool popup thing if something interesting happens.

I restarted league several times so I don't think that's it. Any suggestions?

Steps to reproduce: On my computer, using the wireless network, play a game. @ end of game, it will appear.

On my friend's computer this doesn't happen.
