remake bugged out

so im playing teemo right now. i covered the red for our jungler. so i was "afk" in the bush from 0:20 to 1:40 (yea i kinda forgot that camps spawn ealier now) and the remake option came up. after the 1:40 mark i went to my lane and did my thing. 5 votes obviously cause noone "lost connection". thank god 4 of us went with "no" or i would have been fucked. fix your shit riot wtf.

We had another problem (in ranked). The top lane cho was dced for the first couple of mins. Then he came on for a single sec and went back off. The remake option never came up. The cho eventually did connect and went to top lane but by that point it was already too late to do anything and we lost that game because of that.
