[Gameplay] Nautilus Passive Not Activating Properly

Nautilus auto'd Braum but did not apply passive. I've run into this bug quite a few times where Nautilus will root a player with his passive but then after 8 seconds have passed and the passive circle indicator around the enemy is completely gone Nautilus will just use his normal auto instead of the one that applies his passive root. Unfortunately the replay is unable to show the passive indicator itself, but even if you look at the in-game clock, you can see the first passive proc occurs at 6:01 but then is not activated again when Braum is auto'd twice more at 6:09 and 6:10.
